DasAutoShopTX is an automotive service company started by the owner Raul Rueda.

Raised in a family that loved and always owned European cars, as a teenager he became a VW enthusiast working on his family and friends’ cars. He later had the opportunity to work as lube tech, moving up to technician and shop foreman at Volkswagen dealerships, also learned the customer service side as a consultant and being promoted as Service Director.

Had the opportunity to work at independent shops on brands like Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley and other European brands performing factory maintenance, repairs and tuning at Extreme Motorsports in San Diego, California.

In his career he has completed multiple certifications from VW in Mexico and the US:

• Engine specialist.

• Transmission specialist.

• Electrical specialist.

• Chassis specialist.

• High Voltage (Hybrid) specialist.

• Advanced diagnostics.

Awarded for customer satisfaction in the last 6 years, he has now decided to bring the dealership service expertise without the dealership costs to the San Antonio, TX community.
